Texas notary fees are set by statute for notarial acts; travel, courier, printing and real estate service fees are separate and disclosed before payment. Payments for real estate brokerage services are processed through NB Elite Realty LLC where required by law. Notary fees are non-refundable once the notarial act is performed.
